Costa Performance was born from the experience and passion of Cassiano Costa and Jamie Costa, who spent years working at the renowned IMG Academy. It was there they gained deep knowledge in training high-performance athletes, and found the inspiration to create a center fully dedicated to athletic development.
Before founding Costa Performance, they also worked at Everet Academy in Boca Raton. During the pandemic, they decided to open their own facility, focusing on physical development and injury prevention, especially for racket sport athletes.
In just one year, the center grew quickly, serving around 100 athletes at various stages, from professionals to young talents in development.
Early on, coaches Sebastián and Lucas joined the team, strengthening our technical capacity and allowing us to expand into other sports.
Today, Costa Performance has a multidisciplinary team of over eight coaches and two physiotherapists, and remains committed to integrating science, technology, and personalization into every training program.
Our goal is simple: deliver performance with purpose, and real results.
